Center of Hope has many volunteer opportunities whether you're an individual or a team.

CURRENT POSITIONS
Center of Hope runs on volunteers! Adult volunteers can choose from a variety of positions from office and administrative to construction, food stocking, client assistance and more.
Some of the positions we need filled right now are:
- Food Pantry Manager - oversees the operation of the daily stocking and organizing of the Free Choice Market. Grocery store management experience is preferred. On-site
- Grant Writer - onsite or remote
- Volunteer Scheduling - Assists in scheduling of volunteer assignments. On-site or remote
- Book-keeper - Assists in managing financial information. On-site and remote
- Community Outreach Representative - Reaches out to community with information on Center of Hope (Team of 2)
- Food Pantry Personal Shopper - Assists guests with shopping. Creates relationships and encourages. On-site
- Food Pantry Cleaner - Straightening shelves, cleaning floors, and keeping the pantry tidy. On-site
- Resource Organizing and Inventory - Helps organize and keep track of on-site resources. On-site
- Donation Delivery - Transports materials and donations to other organizations in the community.
- Reseller - Lists and sells items on Facebook Marketplace for Center of Hope. On-site and remote
- Construction - On-site

GROUP VOLUNTEERING
We have volunteer opportunities for adult and student groups

There are many things your group can do to help Center of Hope that aren't on our property.
- Host a restaurant fundraiser ( i.e. Culvers, Texas Roadhouse)
- Have a Bake Sale
- Host a food drive
- Have a penny drive
- Come up with your own fundraising idea!

KID VOLUNTEERS
It's important to teach kids the value of giving back to the community.
While volunteer opportunities at the Center of Hope property are limited for minors, there are many other ways individual kids or groups of kids can help:
- Organize a food or supply drive (CLICK HERE FOR NEEDS)
- Have a yard sale
- Have a pop can drive
- Have a penny drive
- Run a lemonade stand

BE AN ADVOCATE
Be a voice who speaks on behalf of the Center of Hope.
Telling others about the Center of Hope and sharing our mission is one of the most important things you can do. Everything we do happens because of the support of donors and volunteers and we love having new people on board to help!
